I don't start with "Where can we use AI?" I start with "What problem is worth solving?" Then I work backwards from the user, workflow and outcome.

An AI product is more than a chatbot interface. I think about what the system should know, retrieve, generate, avoid and when a human should stay in control.

"Looks good" isn't an evaluation strategy. I think about accuracy, groundedness, relevance, citations, failure modes and real user outcomes.

I prefer working prototypes over assumptions. Build something, test it, learn from it and iterate.
